At Hair Dynasty by Chazel , we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality wigs and ensuring a premium experience for all our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The wig must be in original, unused condition, with the lace intact (uncut) and all packaging, labels, and tags in place.
• Wigs that have been worn, altered, styled, or otherwise tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

• Custom-made wigs or wigs that have been tailored to your specifications.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Hair care products, brushes, and accessories.
